여기서 크기를 조절해도 크기가 변경이 되지 않는데 다른 방법이 있나요?

직접 해봤는데 적용 잘 됩니다. 잘 안되면 여기도 설정해보세요.
.sb_bn img{width:400px;height:100px}
수정 후 브라우저 캐시 삭제하고 새로고침, 테마용 스킨 사용 중이면 테마 폴더에 있는 파일 수정
theme/테마명/skin/shop/basic/style.css
반응형 테마면 모바일 폴더에 있는 스킨 파일을 수정
