하루 글 등록 제한.

테스트 해보니까 댓글도 게시글로 간주하더라구요 ㅠㅠ 

댓글 하나 달아도 게시글이 사용 안 되는데... 

게시글만 제한하려면 어떻게 수정하면 될까요?
