이미지를 어떻게 불러오실 것인지 알려주셔야 답변이 가능할 것으로 생각됩니다.

g4s에서 추가된 get_list_thumbnail 함수를 사용하는 방법이 있을 것 같습니다.
get_list_thumbnail($bo_table, $wr_id, 썸네일폭, 썸네일높이) 이렇게 코드를 했을 경우
배열로 img src 값과 alt 값이 리턴됩니다. 이 값을 이용해서 이미지를 표현하면 될 것으로 보입니다.
new.php 파일에서 bo_table 값과 wr_id 값은 있기 때문에 get_list_thumbnail 함수를 사용하는데 지장은 없을 것 같습니다.
get_list_thumbnail($bo_table, $wr_id, 썸네일폭, 썸네일높이) 이렇게 코드를 했을 경우
