여기서 메뉴들 누르면 화면이 조금 왼쪽으로 움직이는데 어떻게해야할까여...
index.php 파일인데 head.php / tail.php 윗부분 아랫부분 나누는걸 잘몰라서...하긴했는데
head 부분을 어디서부터 어디까지 짤라야하는지를 모르겠네여..
1. 메뉴클릭시에 화면이 왼쪽으로 조금 움직이는거 어떻게해야할까여..

모니터 사이즈가 어떻게 되세요?
혹시 우측 스크롤바가 나타났다 사라졌다 하면서 움직이는건 아닌가요?
만약 그렇다면
<body> 태그 에 style="overflow-x:hidden;"> 을 넣어주시거나
css 에 body { overflow-x:hidden; } 을 넣어주세요.

현재 크롬으로 확인해 보니 문제없어 보입니다.
익스플로러에서도 문제 없어 보입니다.
