게시판 (basic)스킨에서...댓글 폼 일부 변경하려면???

아래는 basic스킨의 댓글 폼인데요...

한줄에 한칸씩 사용하고 있어서... 맨 아래 그림처럼 한줄로 표현해보고 싶은데

어디를 수정해야하는건지???
