이런 경우 어떻게 해야하나요? (왕초보주의) (쉬움주의)

여기 보시면 이건 제 연혁 게시판인데요!

똑같은 스킨을 적용한 분의 연혁게시판을 보니

저렇게 수정된게 멋있더라구요..

1.일단 저 틀을 어떻게 저렇게 뭉툭하게 수정하는지도 궁금하구요!

2.연도를 크고 굵게 바꾸는법도 궁금합니다.

3. 지금 월 옆에 예를 들면 2월이다 그러면 2월. 이 아니고 2. 이렇게 되는데 (이건 제꺼나 저분꺼나 동일)

   혹시 출력될때 12 옆에 월. 이렇게 자동으로 나오게끔 어떻게 하나요?
