이렇게 적으면 잘됩니다.
하지만 값을 전달하고자
<? include_once("../../test.php?a=1"); ?> 또는 <? include_once("../../test.php&a=1"); ?>
라고 적으면

<? $a=1; include_once("../../test.php); ?>
include_once는 페이지를 불러오는 것이지 값을 불러오지는 못합니다
test.php 페이지에서 $a=1 값이 출력되게 하고 불러와야 합니다
