이미지 사이즈 문제가 있습니다.

view.skin.php 파일에서 
아래처럼 되어있습니다
첨부파일이미지가  로딩되어보여지는 것인데
첨부된 이미지파일 가로,세로 사이즈가 달라도 똑같은 크기로 보여지게 하고 싶습니다
아래를 어떻게 수정해야 하는지요?
