라디오버튼과 점프메뉴 연동하는 방법 질문합니다..

라디오버튼의 값을 점프메뉴로 연동하여 지정해놓은 URL이 팝업되도록 하고 싶습니다.

현재 드림위버로만 작업해놓은 상태라 여기서 어느 부분을 수정해야 할지 궁금하네요 .. ㅠ////ㅠ
