영카트4를 최신 php mysql apache에 복사해오면 왜 화면이 반응이 없습니까?

감사합니다 혹시 구버전에 <? 대신 <?php 를 적어넣으면 에러발생합니까?
해보려는데.. 무지 수정할게 많아서...
그리고 관련정보를 검색해보려는데... 검색이 잘 안되네요

$변수[path] → $변수['path'] 로 변경해보니까 문법 에러가 발생하고요

$g4[path]가 정의되지 않은것으로 나오는데요
원래 복사해오기 전의 서버에서도 그 값이 인식이 안되는것 같던데 그 서버는 잘돌아가더라고요

혹시 charset Encoding 이 이전의 버전은 euc-kr 이고 요즘은 euc-kr인데... 그게 달라도 이런현상이 납니까? ^^
