제가 알기론 소스를 수정해야 되는걸로 압니다;;

latest.lib.php 안에 latest 함수를 하나 더 만들어서

global $member; 와 global $board; 를 꼭 추가해주고

$member[mb_level] 와 $board[목록권한필드]로 조건주면 될듯합니다..
