그누보드 4.30 utf8 를 설치 했는데

이런 애러가 나네요

서버는 linux as4, mysql 버전이 4.1.7 이거든요

대체 무슨 원인인지 >? 그누보드 4.22.06 을 설치해도 같은 애러가 나네요!
