게시판을 제가 만든게 아니라서..어딜 수정해야 하는지 모르겠네요.

쿼리부분이 잘못되었습니다.
where and (wr_num between '-291' and '9709')
-> where (1) and (wr_num between '-291' and '9709')
또는 -> where wr_num between '-291' and '9709'
