참많은 질문이 비슷하더군요
근데 header부분도 공백없애고 이것저것 해보아도 안되어 올렸습니다.

전체 오류가 header() 오류입니다.
헤더 위에 다른 변수가 먼저 프린트 되면 안됩니다.
질문의 핵심은 common.php 가 아니라 sub02_02.html 입니다.
