최신 추출 게시판에서 다른페이지로 링크

첫 페이지(main.html)에 최신 게시물을 아래와 같이 추출했구여.

질문)
두 페이지는 만들었는데,

main.html의 추출된 최신 게시물중 하나를 클릭하면
board_1_page.html 페이지가 target="_top"으로 뜨면서
아이프레임 안에 클릭한 해당 내용이 상세로 보여지도록 하려면
어느부분을 어떻게 수정해야 하나요?

일반적인 링크인것 같은데... 초보라서...
