MySQL에서 새로운 사용자로 DB 선택이 안됩니다

오류 주소 :
아래처럼 해서 test_user라는 새로운 계정을 생성하고,
mysql> grant all privileges on my_database. * to test_user@localhost identified by '1234' with grant option;
도스창에서 아래처럼 치면
mysql -u test_user -p my_database
ERROR 1044 <42000> : Access denied for user 'test_user'@'localhost' to database 'my_database'
라는 메시지가 뜹니다. ㅠ..ㅠ

보시면 이부분도 오류가나죠 ? 비번 변경이 안된다는거죠 mysql계정비번 고치는법은 네이버에서 검색하시면 잘나와있어요
그리고

이소스는 잘못된다고 나오네요 그래서 안되던거에요 소스를 다시 찾아보세요
flush privileges;
