euckr, utf-8 답답해요 ~~
아래 질문으로 아래 페이지의 문제가 인코딩 문제라는 걸 알았습니다.
문제를 알아도 해결할수없으니원 .. ㅠㅠ 죄송합니다.

그누보드 4.22.02 (08.03.28) 버전이구요..
아래 답변해주신 분이 페이지를 euckr로 제작되어서 문제이시더라구
그래서 index2.php, tail2.php, head2.php 를 에디트 플러스를 통해서 저장할 때 utf-8로
바꿨는데 그래도 한글이 깨지더라구요..
그래서 index2.php, tail2.php, head2.php 인코딩을 ANSI로도 해보니깐 한글로 나오기도 했는데
최신글 게시판 제목은 여전히 깨졌습니다.
어떻게해야하죠.. ㅠㅠ 알려주세요~~~

선언은 euc-kr 로 되어있네요
utf8 서버에 mysql 을 euckr로 사용하는 방법입니다만...

이부분을
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
로 바꾸니깐 해결돘어여~~
