테이블 배경 반복이 안돼요

자꾸 전체에 먹혀있는 배경이미지가 나오게 되네요. 제가 뭔가를 잘못한건가요?
아참. 이 파일은 테이블 head.php 파일입니다.
꼭 좀 도와주세요..ㅜ_ㅜ
