최근게시물 클릭시 팝업창을 띄우는 방법...

안녕하세요
PHP에 대해 질문이 있습니다.
메인에 있는 최근 글(공지사항)을 클릭시 공지사항 페이지로 들어가지 않고
그냥 팝업을 띄우는 소스를 만들어봤는데..잘 안되었습니다.ㅠㅠ
어떻게 됩니까?
