Dear Joo Sung,

We booted the server into a Linux system named Knoppix to troubleshoot if the issue accessing the server is with the network infrastructure or a server configuration, the server was able to get network connectivity and was 100% accessible in the Knoppix, this means the issue with the server is server configuration and not hardware or infrastructure related, in local the server is accessible via SSH but it is not possible to resolve any URLs to the server using a browser, you can resolve URLs on the server using a command line interface such as wget, curl or telnet, in a browser it is unable to resolve something is blocking or timing out the connection. I believe this to be a configuration in cPanel, we have raised this ticket with cPanel technical support, once we get response back that the issue has been resolved we will notify you by email.

이렇게 서버 담당자에게서 메일이 왔네요....ㅠㅠ

이제 공은 Cpanel 담당자에게로 넘어 갔으니 연락이 언제나 올런지...

마지막이니 기다려보고 안되면 서버 이전 준비 해야 겠지요. 

그나저나 서버에 접속이 안되니 백업 파일을 어떻게 받아야 할지....
