APMSETUP 에서 SOAP 설정하기 (영카트5 설치위해)
참고로 apmsetup7 버전 설치되어 있을경우입니다. (apmsetup7 버전 : http://dev.naver.com/projects/apmsetup/download/note/1189)

설정후 재부팅하세요~

두개 검색해서 앞에 ";" 제거 해주면 되요...
