게시판 내용을 인덱스 화면에 추출 방법

고수님들 안녕하세요?
초짜가 해보려니 잘 안되서 조언을 구합니다.

shop_mall이라는 스킨을 다운받아 skin/board/shop_mall
이렇게 올렸구요
latest/shop_mall 이렇게 했구요
tb13의 게시판에 shop_mall스킨 선택 하고나서
<?=latest("shop_mall", "tb13", 3, 20);?>
이렇게 index에 했는데
