[질문이 있습니다.] css코드 앞에~

이렇게 된 부분이 있는데요.

둘다 포지션인데 한쪽에는 '_' 기호가 붙어있어요. 차이점이 뭔가요?

이건 검색을 어떻게 해서 찾아내야되는지 잘 몰라서 여기에 글을 올립니다. 궁금합니다.
