반응형 디자인 웹사이트를 만들었는데 CSS가 꼬인 것 같습니다.

제 사이트(http://red2.net/rwd2/)에 들어가셔서 브라우저 너비를 768px~959px로 조절해보시면

분명히 테블릿용 CSS가 있는데 아무 변화가 없습니다.
