댓글에 cheditor 쓰고 싶어서

이렇게 달았는데..
화면이 나오긴 하는데.
포커싱도 안되고..
에디터의 버튼도 아무것도 눌리지 않네요.
무슨 문제 일까요?

이부분을 form 영역이 아닌부분
에 넣어 봤더니 에디터에 포커싱(커서 깜박임)이 가긴 하네요.
그런데 댓글쓰기 버튼을 누르면 커맨트가 없다고 나오네요.
