mysql의 언어가 latin1_swedish_ci 로 정의되어 있습니다.
모두 euckr_korean_ci 로 일치시켜 주셔야 합니다.

mysql 데이터베이스 쪽의 언어가 swedish(스웨덴)언어로 되어 있다는 의미 입니다.
한국어인 euckr로 모두 바꿔 주십시오.
