gnu3 디렉토리를 707 모드로 했는지 확인 해보시고요~~
그다음..
config.php 파일에서..
16번째줄의...

$cfg[bbs_dir]            = "bbs";

이부분을 손대셨는지요...
일단 gnu3 방에 설치하셨다면
아무것도 안건드려도..자동으로 설차기 되거든요~
