그누보드 설치에러

제대로 설치한것 같은데... 자꾸 에러가 뜹니다.
DB에는 모든 테이블이 모두 생성되어 있는데... data 폴더에는 dbconfig.php 생성이 안되어 있습니다.
물론 퍼미션은 707로 했다가 777로 해보기도 했습니다.
아래의 에러가 뜨면서 설치가 안되는데... 이유가 뭘까요?
그누보드5 설치가 시작되었습니다.

fopen으로 파일을 열었을 때 성공하면 리소스를 반환하고, 아니면 boolean false를 반환합니다.
저 오류문구들은 fopen으로 파일을 못 열어서 반복적으로 발생하는 것 같네요.
(제가 설치 프로그램을 짠다면 fopen 후에 확인하는 로직을 추가하겠습니다.)
권한문제가 아니라면 경로를 어딘가 잘못 입력한게 아닌가 싶네요.
