모바일 수정하기에서 summernote 안보임 현상 ~!

1:1문의 write.php 에서 summernote 적용문제 인데요
pc에서는 잘 보이는데 모바일에서는 쓰기시에는 보이고 수정을 누르면 안보이네요
write_update.php 문제인가?
뭐가 문제일까요 ? 고수님에 지도가 필요합니다.
