익스플러워로 확인했을때는 가운데 정렬로 화면이 가운데 잘보입니다

크롬으로 접속해서 보면

가운데 컨텐츠 부분이 오른쪽으로 밀려서 보입니다.

css에서 이것저것 수정하고 확인하는데 잘안되서 질문답변에 글올립니다.
