현재 페이지를 부드럽게 스크롤 되게 플러그인받아서 작업하구있는데요

문제는 새로고침하면 그위치에서 새로로고침이 되지않구 상단으로 튀어 올라갑니다. 어디를 수정해야할까요 ㅠㅠ 고수님들 부탁드립니다.
