로그인한 회원이 쓴글을 모든게시판들에서 최신순으로 최신게시글스킨에 가져오는 겁니다. 
그래서 글마다 해당게시판의 관리자는 다 다르고요.

게시물 마다 다른 게시판 내용이라면 latest.lib.php를 보지않고서는 bo_table을 어떻게 가져오고 처리하는지 알 수 없으니 답변 불가입니다

저도 어제부터 latest.lib.php 로 시도중인데 잘 안됩니다 ^^

129번 행에 추가

6,7번행 삭제 후 추가
echo $list[$i]['bo_admin']; //<---게시판관리자 아이디
