라이트세일 고정아이피를 삭제하려고 하는데요

오류가 발생했습니다 

The specified Static IP address cannot be released from your account. A reverse DNS record may be associated with the Static IP address. To unlock the address, contact AWS Support.

이렇게 나오는데

Thank you for submitting your request for an rDNS update. We have lifted the restriction for your account in the following region(s). However, rDNS for the requested region(s) have migrated to self-service for configurations and removals. Further information below:

Console
1. Open the Amazon EC2 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/
2. Choose Elastic IPs from the navigation pane.
3, Select the Elastic IP address and choose Actions, Update reverse DNS.
4. For Reverse DNS domain name, enter the domain name to associate with the Elastic IP address.
5. Enter update to confirm.
6. Choose Update.

AWS CLI
- Use the modify-address-attribute AWS CLI command to associate your domain name to your Elastic IP address.

Removal (Console)

1. Select the Elastic IP address and choose Actions, Update reverse DNS.
2. For Reverse DNS domain name, leave the field blank.
3. Enter update to confirm.
4. Choose Update.

이렇게 오는데

대충 보면 콘솔에서 고정아이피 찾으라는거같던데 ec2에선 고정아이피가 없고 라이트세일에서만 있다고 나오구요

그 뒤로는 모르겠네요

삭제좀 하고픈데..ㅠㅠ
