베이직 테마을 사용 중인데, 헤더바(hd_wrapper)가 scroll up 안 되게 하고 싶습니다.

스크롤바를 고정하고 싶다는 이야기 인가요 ?
질문 자체가 이해가 어렵네요
스크롤을 내렸을 때 상단의 메뉴를 고정하고자 한다면
