질문 :
이름, 이메일, 상담제목을 없애고 전화번호와 문의내용만 사용하고 싶습니다.
현재 이름, 전화번호, 상담제목이 필수로 들어가게끔 되어있습니다.

제거하고 싶은 부분을 주석처리해도 안되시나요?
질문에 답변이 있네요. ㅎㅎ 필수값이 꼭 들어가야합니다. 쓰기 처리하는 부분에 그 값이 반듯이 들어가야하는데요 . 필수인값을 input type="hidden" name="필수로가는 필드" value="값을 강제로 넣어줌" 해서 강제로 값을 넘겨버리시면 간단하게 해결 됩니다. 물론 값을 넣는 항목은 삭제 해야 합니다.
