영카트 상품상세페이지의 문의 게시판 페이지 버튼 색상 변경 질문

위처럼 현재 파란색으로 되어있는걸 다른색상으로 변경을 하고싶습니다.
테마 css파일,
디폴트 css파일 전부다 뒤져봐도 도저히 저부분은 없습니다...
테마css파일수정해서 글쓰기버튼색상이라던지, 상세페이지,상품후기,등등탭 밑줄 색상이라던지 이런건 다 변경이 되는데,,
저부분만 안됩니다. 크롬 시크릿창으로 하고있어서, 쿠키문제는 아닙니다.
제발 도와주세요,,,,ㅠㅠ

디폴트.css에 있습니다. 거의 마지막 쯤될때 이렇게 보일겁니다
