첨부파일 추가 갯수 고정

첨부파일 갯수는 게시판 설정에서 지정하면 되는데
5개를 지정했을 경우
글쓰기에서 기본적으로 5개가 모두 보이도록 하려면 어떻게 하면 될까요?
현재는 기본 한개보여지고 추가버튼 누르는 형태에서요.
