#house_right 에 해당하는 태그가 있겠죠.
그것에 링크를 걸면 되겠죠.
예를 들면
<a href="" title=""><div id="house_right">어쩌고 저쩌고</div></a>
또는 jquery를 사용해
<div id="house_right">어쩌고 저쩌고</div>
<script>
$(function() {
$("#house_right").click(function() {
location.href = "넘어갈url";
});
});
</script>
등등 여러 방법들이 있죠.
