퍼미션문제 또는 데이터폴더 유무 문제 같군요. 급급 이런단어는 커뮤니티에 맞지 않고 테스트해봐주세요도 커뮤니티에 맞지 않는거 같습니다.

../data/file/ 폴더에가서 퍼미션을 변경해주세요 해당 폴더가 퍼미션이 없어 파일을 업로드 할수 없다는 오류입니다.
