XAMPP 에서 그누보드가 설치되지 않거나 정상 작동하지 않을때
php.ini 파일을 열어서

네. 옛날분들 (old fashioned)은 <?php 를 그냥 <? 이렇게 쓰셨다고 합니다.

위 안내대로 그대로 했건만 그래도 안되는 분들을 위해 좀 무식하지만 초자한테는 유용한 방법을 소개합니다.
xampp같은 apm 프로그램(apmsetup, autoset 기타 등등)을 여러개 다운 받아 놓았다가 하나, 하나씩 설치해 보고 되는게 있으면 그걸 쓰면됩니다.
저도 초보로서 어떤 문제가 있을 때 어떤 안내서 대로 그대로해서 바로 되는 경우는 10%도 안되었습니다.
안내 말귀도 잘 못알아 먹겠고, 상황에 대한 대처 능력이 없을땐 이 편이 휠씬 시간절약이 됩니다.
저도 xampp를 설치했다가 에러가 나서 해결책을 찾느라 한주일을 생고생을 하고도 허탕, 결국 다른 프로그램 하나를 설치했더니 그개 되서 그걸 쓰고 있습니다. 그게 또 문제되면 다른 걸 써보기로...
