동적으로행 추가하면서 라디오그룹별 이름 넣기

행 추가 하였을 경우 상단과 같은 화면이 나옵니다.
라디오박스 금액1 early-late-x 이 한그룹이며 금액2 early-late-x 도 행마다
다른 한 그룹입니다.

모두 같은 이름을 갖네요...ㅜ

추가+를 클릭하면 자바스크립트 함수를 호출하여 동적으로 행(레코드)이 증가하는 형식입니다.
이때 행을 추가하고 총금액을 내는 형식입니다.
헌데 행을 추가하고 나면 pre1이 이름을 갖는 라디오박스가 모두 이름이 동일하여
원하는 처리가 안되는데요.
행을 추가하면서 라디오박스 이름을 변경하면 될거같은데 attr을 이용하여 변경해보고 있으나
잘 안되어 조언을 구하고자 합니다.

어떻게 해볼까 하고 고민하다가 보니
저는 그냥 ajax로 땡겨오는게 가장 편하드라구요.
추가할 항목을 jquery.ajax.php 에 다음과 같이 만듭니다.
