위경로에 index 파일이 euc-kr로 되어 있네요

여기도 euc-kr로 되어 있네요
config.php파일에 인코딩 설정을 utf-8로 바꾸시고 그래도 안되신다면

위처럼 나오는 부분 head.sub.php 부분을 모두 utf-8로 바꾸세요.
