와 같은 에러가 계속해서 발생합니다. 부탁드립니다~!

-----> c = float(b.replace(',','') )

'1,082.50' 이 값을 float 로 넣을 수 없다는 건데요. 저 값은 "문자값" 이고 float는 숫자입니다. 먼저 문자값을 숫자로 바꾸셔야.
