공지 출력란에 아래와 같이 넣었어요...

그런데 위와 같은 에러가 나요....
혹..최상단이 이상한거 아닌가요?
그누보드는 최상단에...1개 들어가나요?
아님...빠진 스크립트가 있나요? ㅠㅠ
